We want you to be completely satisfied with your Wu-Wear order. If an item doesn't fit or you don't like it, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt.

How to make a return:

1. Register your return:
Send a brief email with your name, order number, and the reason for the return to: info@btextil.de

2. Pack the items:
Place the items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached) securely in the package. Please include a note with your order number so we can process your return faster.

3. Ship the package:
Send the package with sufficient postage to the following address:

4. Receive your refund:
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days via the original payment method.

Important Notes:
*   Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
*   Worn, washed, or damaged clothing is excluded from return.
