SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What are the shipping costs?
*   Within Germany: We charge a flat shipping rate of €4.90. For orders over €80.00, shipping is free.
*   To other EU countries: We charge a flat shipping rate of €9.90.

How long does delivery take?
*   Deliveries within Germany usually take 2 to 4 business days.
*   Deliveries to other EU countries take approximately 5 to 8 business days.

Can I track my order?
*   Yes. As soon as your package has been handed over to our shipping carrier, you will receive an email with your tracking number (tracking link).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I exchange an item?
*   Direct exchanges (e.g., for a different size) are not supported by our system. Please return the non-fitting item for a refund and simply place a new order for your desired size in our online shop.

Who pays for return shipping?
*   Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
